I know there are a lot of other card readers out there where the Smart Card with physically fit into the card reader but they won't work with the Smart Cards and Encore. you have to have a proprietary reader for that pseudo smart card, an infineer DT3500. however, sleepy head doesn't work with those kind of card readers, and even worse, Your machine produces no useful data, the only thing written to the card is hours of use.
When I USB in my used Mako Infineer SmartCard Reader. I hear the familiar "windows tune/tones" that tells you it know you just plugged something in.
